In celebration of PRIDE, the 22 July Centre invites families with children and others to color the street with all the colors of the rainbow outside the 22 July Centre in the Government Quarter. Join us outside the centre on Saturday, June 22, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You will find chalk on the street outside.

This year marks two years since Zaniar Matapour carried out a terrorist attack in downtown Oslo on June 25, 2022. The attack was directed against LGBTQ+ individuals. Two people were killed, and 21 were injured. An additional 260 people have the status of victims in the case. Matapour was charged with terrorism following the attack. The trial took place in the Oslo District Court from March 12 to May 16, 2024. The relevant statute carries a maximum penalty of 30 years.
